Mesumi jewelry is handcrafted to order. Each piece may have slight variations in finish, proportions, or handmade details. These natural characteristics are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, product appearance, diamond appearance, metal color, and proportions may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of jewelry.

For lab-grown diamond pieces, the specifications stated in the product page and order confirmation are the controlling details. Eligible certified center stones may include an IGI grading report, and certified stones are matched to their report before final review.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Made-to-Order Production

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mesumi reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Because each Mesumi piece is made to order, production may begin after your order is accepted and payment is processed. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including metal, diamond specifications, ring size, engraving, and any customization details.

Once your piece is completed, we may provide a final photo and/or video review before shipment. This review allows you to confirm the finished piece before it is shipped.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, import fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an order is affected by a pricing or listing error, we may contact you to modify or cancel the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address. High-value orders may require signature confirmation.

6. Returns, Repairs, and Remakes

Each Mesumi piece is handcrafted to order.

If an issue occurs due to our mistake, such as incorrect metal, diamond specifications, ring size, or a craftsmanship issue, we will provide a complimentary repair or remake.

If you change your mind or wish to return your piece for personal reasons, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

All returns must be approved by Mesumi before being shipped back.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, graphics, product designs, logos, names, layouts, and branding, belongs to Mesumi or its licensors.
