Every Mesumi piece is handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 4 weeks for production after your order is confirmed. Once your jewelry is ready, you will receive a tracking number immediately.
Diamond Verification
Certified & Verifiable
Your center diamond includes an IGI grading report with its quality details, including color, clarity, carat weight, cut/proportions, and lab-grown origin.
The report number is laser-inscribed on the diamond girdle and can be verified through IGI’s online report lookup.
Final Review
Once your piece is completed, we will share detailed photos and video review of your actual jewelry for your approval before shipment.
Your piece will only begin its journey to you after the final details have been confirmed.

Returns
Each Mesumi piece is individually handcrafted to order with careful attention to detail.
If an issue occurs due to our mistake, such as incorrect specifications, wrong materials, or a craftsmanship issue, we will provide a complimentary repair or remake.
If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and in original condition with all certificates and packaging included.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the craftsmanship and production costs involved in creating your piece. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
